Principles of sustainability
Our goal is to build high-quality buildings in accordance with the principles of sustainability, which we adhere to throughout the whole life cycle of our projects.Key themes include high energy efficiency, sourcing materials with a low carbon footprint, renewable energy production, drinking water and rainwater management, and increasing the ecological value of land. When selecting our locations, we pay attention to their connection to public transport, and we also promote active transport and electromobility within our buildings.
Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of both the people who build our properties and their future residents. We work with established companies to ensure the highest quality of construction and emphasise ethics throughout the supply chain.
To prove our commitment, we will certify all our projects to the international BREEAM standard of Excellent or above. We always strive to comply with the objectives of the Paris Agreement.
